Calling all word lovers! Join us in person to play a variety of word-based games, including Scrabble, Boggle, Bananagrams, Scattergories, and Quiddler. Bring a friend or join on your own—all levels are welcome.

In this class we will begin on the floor with seated postures warming the body up. Then moving into standing poses as we work on balance. We will come to the floor once more with a few seated postures and end class with a body relaxation.

Discuss our monthly Manga title and participate in an activity based on the Manga. February's title will be The White Cat's Revenge as Plotted From the Dragon King's Lap v. 1 by Aki.
