Presented by Be Well Iredell. Mental Health 101 provides a foundational understanding of mental health. It aims to increase awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness, offering information on common conditions, their symptoms, and available resources. It also equips individuals with basic knowledge about recognizing mental health challenges, understanding crisis de-escalation, and accessing support.
