Book Buddies Book Club is held the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

In this class we will begin on the floor with seated postures warming the body up. Then moving into standing poses as we work on balance. We will come to the floor once more with a few seated postures and end class with a body relaxation.

Discuss our monthly Manga title and participate in an activity based on the Manga. November’s title will be My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom v. 1 by Satoru Yamaguchi.

Chair yoga improves muscle and bone strength, flexibility, better dexterity, mind clarity, improves breathing and reduces stress. No yoga experience required.

Adults will receive one-on-one support with technology needs (iPads, laptops, apps, cell phones, etc.). This program is designed for adults with no or limited technology skills.
