Time for Tots is an interactive literacy program featuring simple stories, finger plays, songs, nursery rhymes, and movement activities. This program is for children, ages 18 - 36 months old and their caregivers.

Not Your Momma's Book Club is held on the 1st Thursday of every month. 

This program currently has a waiting list. Please go to the Circulation Desk to be added to the wait list or call 704-664-2927

Each month preschool children, ages 3-6 years, and their caregivers will have an opportunity to create, discover and learn different concepts using the STEAM approach. Explore something new each month.

Library DVD Sale- one day only! Patrons are invited to join us for a Library DVD sale in our Youth Services Community Room. There will be plenty of children’s and adult DVDs available for purchase for $1 each. Come grab your favorite movie!

Early elementary-age children 5-8 are invited to join us for a Storytime. During the program, children will hear a story each month and participate in great conversation and activities to spark their imagination.

Novels at Night meets on the first Thursday of the month and is now a drop-in book club for adult fiction books. Current titles are available at the circulation desk.
