In this class we will begin on the floor with seated postures warming the body up. Then moving into standing poses as we work on balance. We will come to the floor once more with a few seated postures and end class with a body relaxation.

Between the Covers is a drop-in adult romance book club. Book club includes romance in all fiction genres.
