In this class we will begin on the floor with seated postures warming the body up. Then moving into standing poses as we work on balance. We will come to the floor once more with a few seated postures and end class with a body relaxation.

Between the Covers is a drop-in adult fiction book club. 

Chair yoga improves muscle and bone strength, flexibility, better dexterity, mind clarity, improves breathing and reduces stress.

Adults will receive one-on-one support with technology needs (iPads, laptops, apps, cell phones, etc.). This program is designed for adults with no or limited technology skills.

All ages are invited to join us at Liberty Park from 9am-10am for a color walk in celebration of this year's Summer Reading theme, Color Your World.  Participants are encouraged to wear a white shirt and old clothes and shoes.  Sunglasse

Foam here, foam there, foam everywhere! All ages will have fun playing, laughing and getting messy in fluffy, soapy foam. Participants should bring a towel and clothing that can get wet.

Not Your Momma's Book Club is held on the 1st Thursday of every month.
