Chair yoga improves muscle and bone strength, flexibility, better dexterity, mind clarity, improves breathing and reduces stress.

Chair yoga is the practice of yoga with the assistance of a chair, seated or standing.

Adults will receive one-on-one support with technology needs (iPads, laptops, apps, cell phones, etc.). This program is designed for adults with no or limited technology skills.

Calling all word lovers! Join us in person to play a variety of word-based games, including Scrabble, Boggle, Bananagrams, Scattergories, and Quiddler. Bring a friend or join on your own—all levels are welcome.

In this class we will begin on the floor with seated postures warming the body up. Then moving into standing poses as we work on balance. We will come to the floor once more with a few seated postures and end class with a body relaxation.

Knitting experts, beginners, and everyone in between are invited to join us for Knitting Group on the first and third Thursday of every month at the Main Library!
